Skills required:
- Preparing test plans, traceability matrix, and test cases
- Test the application to ensure that it performs as outlined in the specifications
- Regression testing
- Defect logging and tracking
- Testing of enhancements and recent releases
- Verification of implementations in different environments
- Investigate and oversee the fixing of assigned production issues
- Coordinate with team to investigate and resolve issues
- Assist in the analysis of any gaps in current functionalities
- Assist in the deployment of change requests and enhancements
- Collaborate with other testing teams for creation of test automation test suites.
- Manage and monitor critical deployments and provide hands-on assistance in the event of any critical issue
- Automation experience is a plus
