- Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell life insurance products (protection, savings, ULIPs) to the existing bank customer base.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of Field Relationship Officers (FLS) to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain solid relationships with branch heads and senior management at assigned partner bank branches to ensure high-quality lead flow and support.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the FLS team, conduct joint calls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, prevent mis-selling, and ensure data protection.
