Position Summary:
You will be responsible to manage various processes like revenue booking process for direct clients per IRDAI guidelines. You will ensure the smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve driving billed and unbilled revenue reconciliation. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage & enhance Revenue Booking, validate Renewal entries and perform checks on weekly basis
- Perform regular audits - Brokerage amounts, resolving discrepancies, establish explicit guidance for pendency clearance, always ensure compliance per IRDAI standards
- Create, verify, and issue RBS, coordinate with Brokers & RMs for timely payments, and maintain organized pendency records
- Suggest and implement improvements to revenue booking processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in preparing renewal reports, analyze zero brokerages, and support audits with necessary documentation
