Purpose of the Role

Is responsible for the sale of a Vegetable Crops Seeds in a specified region or geographical area with the management of supportive team

Position: Territory Sales Manager – Vegetable Crops

Location: Muzaffarpur

Reporting: Regional Sales Manager – Vegetable Crops

Qualifications: BSc Agri/ MSc Agri

Experience: 5 to 8 years in Seed or any agri input industry in Seed Industry Sales and Marketing





Major Job Responsibilities
- Maintain close contact with customers
- Implement various farmer centric activities to promote various products
- Plan various farmer connect activities in the assigned territory based on
- Market requirement
- Performance of the product
- Appoint contractual workers/MDOs, train and motivate them to conduct various activities in the Vegetable
- Responsible for MDO activity planning and tracking
- Attend at-least 20% demand generation activities
- Audit the effectiveness of these demand generation activities and accordingly suggest the correction
- Ensure the required number of farmers are connected as per plan in PSA as well as PDAs
- Maintain the list of farmers connected in various Vegetable activities
- Attend product related customer calls and ensure proper follow up to close it
- Identification and appointment of valuable channel partners in his assigned territory
