Job Role: Record to Report (R2R)

Location: Pune /Bangalore Hybrid (3 Weeks WFH / 1 Week WFO)

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST
Job Summary:

Seeking for a Record to Report (R2R) Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing critical month-end close activities, reconciliation of accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position offers a hybrid working model and requires flexibility to work in the 3 PM – 12 AM IST shift.
Key Responsibilities:

* Perform General Ledger (GL), Bank, and Intercompany Account Reconciliations

* Review and investigate reconciliation variances and ensure timely resolution

* Prepare and post journal entries during the month-end close process

* Conduct review of reconciliation accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance





* Manage and clear open items, including proactive follow-up with stakeholders on aged items

* Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements
Work Mode:

* Hybrid – 3 Weeks Work From Home, 1 Week Work From Office (on rotation)
Shift Timings:

* 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance/ MCOM/ Graduate preferred)

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Accounting

* Solid knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing processes as per USGAAP or IFRS.
