- Define a single point of contact for all Clusters.n
- Develops and Maintains order management systemn
- Streamline sales, pricing, and order fulfillment workflows to boost efficiency.n
- Tracking of order to invoice cycle, Returns, destruction and settlements.n

n Export and logistic Activities:
n
- n
- Customer Code creation in ERP System, PFI/Quotation generation, LC coordination with Finance and respective BD team.n
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth sales executionn
- Compilation and handover of All relevant documents to initiate shipment,n
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain team.n
- Execute process for exports involving multiple functions (Logistic, shipper, buyer, consignee).n
- Managing intercompany transactions.n

n Data analysis and tracking of Performance indicators and Stock Movement:
n
- n
- Check current open orders/ Partial orders/ returns/ Destructions for all emerging markets and their readiness.n
- Track key sales processes, analyze commercial data, and prepare regular performance reports.n
- coordination with Supply chain team.n

n Audit, Compliance and Process Flow:
n
- n
- Verify adherence to corporate commercial policies, pricing guidelines, and local trade regulations. Record keeping and Query management during Auditsn
- Identify potential challenges in the process flow, such as coordination between multiple stakeholders, system integration issues, and timely communication.n
- Develop strategies to address these challenges to ensure a smooth BD operation.n
