nSpoorthy Integrated Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive to support the organisation’s institutional business development activities, with a focus on healthcare institutions, government procurement and private institutional clients.
n
nThe role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, monitoring government and institutional e-procurement platforms, and supporting the end-to-end tender and business development process.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of healthcare institutional procurement, government tenders and e-procurement processes, along with strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
n
nEducational Qualification
n
n- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Equipment or a related field.
n- B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates are encouraged to apply.
n- Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds with appropriate institutional business development or tender experience may also be considered.

nExperience
n
n- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in business development, institutional sales, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment or related sectors.
n- Experience in government tenders, GeM, e-procurement, institutional sales or healthcare procurement will be an advantage.
n- Candidates with relevant experience in procurement coordination, tender documentation, payroll/HR operations or institutional business support may also be considered.

nKey Responsibilities

nBusiness Development & Client Relationship

n- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, government organisations, private hospitals and other institutional clients.
n- Identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
n- Visit identified client locations as required and maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
