Position: Branch Head

Location: Pan India / Branch Location

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Managers / Advisors.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor branch productivity, advisor activation, and persistency ratios.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India guidelines.
- Handle branch profitability, business planning, and market expansion.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance management, and coaching.




- Maintain customer service standards and resolve escalations effectively.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 5–10+ years experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years in team handling / branch management role.
- Strong experience in agency sales, banca sales, branch operations, and business development.
- Positive leadership, communication, and target management skills.

Preferred Background
- Candidates from Life Insurance companies such as HDFC Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, etc.
