n Role Overview
n
n GM – Sales & Marketing will be the strategic Sales & Marketing leader for ongoing/upcoming high-rise developments, with full responsibility for sales strategy, current customer acquisition,customer relationship etc.
n This is a senior leadership role requiring a proven real estate professional with strong understanding of RERA norms, multi-channel sales, customer lifecycle, and stakeholder alignment.
n Exposure to Noida & Ghaziabad market mandatory.
n
n KEY DELIVERABLES:

n Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
n
n
- n
- Drive primary sales for large residential high-rise projects (500+ units)n
- Lead channel sales, direct sales, and bulk deals (including PSUs & institutional buyers)n
- Own deal closures, negotiations, and revenue targets n
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team & channel partner network. n

n Marketing Strategy & Digital Leadership
n
- n
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Digital (Social Media, Google, Performance Marketing)- Instagram, YouTube to drive lead generation,



brand positioning. n
- Drive Launch-related activations including branding, customer outreach, CP onboarding, digital campaigns, and site presentation. n

n Customer Experience & Compliance

- n
- Oversee end-to-end customer journey from enquiry to possession, ensuring transparency, timely communication, and satisfaction. n
- Ensure documentation accuracy (allotment letters, agreements, amendments, legal paperwork). n

n INCUMBENT PROFILE:

- n
- Proven exposure of having worked with reputed developers of residential multistoried apartments with 500+units. n
- Deep market understanding of Ghaziabad, Noida micro-markets. n
- Strong understanding of RERA frameworks and compliance requirements. n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with ethical pedigree. n
