Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to join the Payments Transformation team. The role involves working with banks, fintech companies, payment organizations, regulators, and government agencies to improve and modernize digital payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Payments Consulting & Transformation engagements across digital payments and online payment ecosystems.

Drive UPI, A2A payments, merchant payments, payment acceptance, digital lending, and payment modernization initiatives.

Assess digital payment platforms, payment infrastructure, payment journeys, and transformation opportunities.

Develop Payments Strategy, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and actionable consulting recommendations.

Conduct Payments market research, business analysis,



ecosystem assessment, and competitive benchmarking.

Evaluate merchant onboarding, payment adoption, interoperability, cross-border payments, remittances, and SWIFT/payment networks.

Advise clients on payment risk, governance, compliance, regulatory requirements, and digital financial services.

Lead client consultations, stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and Payments transformation discussions.

Prepare Payments consulting reports, executive presentations, strategy papers, and client-ready deliverables.

Manage Payments transformation project teams and support business development, proposals, and client pitches.
