Description
1. Financial Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a rapid response and that plant equipment and machinery breakdown time is minimized. Always endeavor to reduce downtime of the electrical equipments in the plant
Take initiatives to drive growth for DBSIL at the plant level and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization
2. Customer Co-ordinate with Maintenance department of the distillery during shut downs
Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met, and that all equipment complies with Company and legal standards
3. Operations Undertake planning of Shut down and start up activity and safely implement shutdown & emergency activities with minimum down time in safe manner
Carry out repairs to electrical equipment during production, effectively and efficiently, either alone and/or as part of a team
Maintain the engineering working area and control desk in a positive condition always and maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed




Plan and execute manufacturing as per production schedule
Ensure safe plant operations
Record and keep a logbook of the work completed. They are responsible for maintaining complete and accurate operational records in order to document performance.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained and making all reports
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance of all engineering equipments
Monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems
Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes
Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization
