About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineering Manager.

In this role, you will:
- Manage a team focused on process engineering initiatives, including building process sets and models
- Evaluate work to determine gaps, risks, and opportunities in order to prioritize design efforts and achieve maximum efficiency
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Provide clear and concise direction and training
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Process Engineering
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience,



education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled business transformation initiatives, leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.
- Robust understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and workflow orchestration concepts, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into scalable business solutions.
- Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and govern a portfolio of AI-enabled opportunities, balancing business value, implementation feasibility, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience designing future-state operating models and business processes that integrate AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop controls to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and risk man
