The Regional Business Head for the Banca Channel will be responsible for managing and driving the sales performance of life insurance products through the bancassurance channel. This role requires leadership to guide a team at Level 2, ensuring alignment with regional goals, driving growth, and fostering strong relationships with partner banks. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Managers and FLS bancassurance managers and sales executives. Set targets and performance metrics to ensure the team's success. Conduct regular performance reviews and training to enhance team capabilities. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business growth through the bancassurance channel. Monitor sales targets, analyze performance data, and refine strategies as needed. Channel Management: Manage and expand partnerships with key bank partners in the region. Ensure effective collaboration between the bancassurance team and bank counterparts to meet targets.



Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within partner banks. Business Growth: Drive the acquisition of new customers and expand market share through innovative solutions. Identify and capitalize on current business opportunities within the region. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that the team adheres to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Address any compliance issues and mitigate risks associated with sales practices. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of regional sales and team performance. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Product Knowledge & Training: Ensure that the team is well-versed in the life insurance product offerings and market updates. Conduct periodic training sessions for team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
