POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Projects Sales with 3–5 years of experience in the sales of Windows Solutions. The candidate should have a strong network and professional connect with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Consultants in the Bengaluru market.

The role will be responsible for generating project opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving assigned sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities for Windows and Architectural product projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, PMC, and Consultants.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and other relevant projects.




- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate internally to propose suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, BOQs, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with clients and project stakeholders for timely conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining the company's profitability and business objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with the projects, operations, and installation teams for smooth execution after order confirmation.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular MIS and sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
