Eligibility & Experience

Graduate (mandatory)
-
3+ years experience in domestic/international contact centre / service setup

1+ year experience as Team Leader / Team Handling role (mandatory)
-
Insurance industry background preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Good analytical mindset with data interpretation ability

Proficient in MS Excel

Solid negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills

Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
Primary Responsibilities
-
Manage and supervise a team of telecallers
-
Drive renewal conversion targets and retention metrics
-
Achieve assigned KPIs for the role

Coordinate with Zonal Coordinators and Sales Teams for smooth operations
-
Share daily dashboards and weekly reports with stakeholders
-
Conduct weekly performance discussions and reviews
-
Drive upsell and cross-sell campaigns at the contact centre
