Job Title: Programmatic SEO Specialist

Role Summary:

You will lead and scale our Programmatic SEO strategy by creating and structuring SEO-optimized content for high-

volume publishing. Your work will focus on creating crawlable, keyword-rich content templates and collaborating

with development and marketing teams to ensure consistent performance and visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Own and expand the programmatic SEO content strategy

• Create and structure scalable, SEO-optimized content

• Deliver ~9–10 programmatic content pages per week across key solutions

• Collaborate with web development and design teams to build content templates

• Use WordPress to format, publish, and optimize SEO content

• Ensure content is structured for search engine crawlability and ranking

• Track performance, analyse data,



and iterate on strategy based on SEO trends

Requirements / Skills:

• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and programmatic SEO

• Proven experience creating high-volume, scalable content

• Working knowledge of WordPress and publishing workflows

• Understanding of HTML and CSS basics for content formatting

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design/dev/marketing)

• Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing based on SEO KPIs

• Conversational fluency in English

• Able to overlap at least 2 hours/week with the US team (morning PT or evening ET)
