Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to produce engaging content for CXO interviews, podcasts, events, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reels, and Shorts.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit interviews, podcasts, events, YouTube videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Convert long-form videos into engaging social media clips.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, B-roll, music, and sound effects.
- Handle colour correction and audio enhancement.
- Optimize videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with Content & Marketing teams and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with current video editing and social media trends.

Requirements




- 3–4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with podcasts, interviews, events, and social media content.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.

Good to Have
- Experience in B2B, technology, cybersecurity, or media content.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.
