Job Overview:

We are seeking a Dutch Language Finance Specialist who will be responsible for managing incoming payments and handle the financial processing of transactions for an organization, focusing on outgoing payments and ensuring that the company receives payments for goods and services provided to clients.

Shift timings: UK Shift (1 pm to 10 pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process PO and Non-PO vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, verifying supporting documentation and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to resolve payment issues.
- Setting up payments in bank through manual and EFT method with accuracy.
- Knowledge of GL codes and VAT codes
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices,



sending bill reminders, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Knowledge of Credit and Debit notes, aged debtors' reconciliation.
- Proactively managing the backlog of Invoice queries.
- Resolution of all invoicing queries via email/phone/ online calls for supplier accounts.
- Review and Monitoring Shared Finance Mailbox on Daily basis and act as per the requirement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including vendor information, invoices, and payment details.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable processes and technologies
