- Inspect garments according to approved quality standards and specifications.
- Check garments for defects such as stains, holes, needle marks, open seams, skipped stitches, puckering, and loose threads.
- Check garment measurements according to the approved measurement chart.
- Verify size, color, style, label, and construction details.
- Identify and separate defective garments from valuable garments.
- Record and report defects to the concerned operator, supervisor, or quality team.
- Ensure repaired garments are rechecked before approval.
- Conduct inline and/or end-line inspection as assigned.
- Maintain proper inspection records and quality reports.
- Monitor recurring defects and inform the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure garments are handled carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
