This role will manage the operational responsibilities in RPA Control room and Power Automate Desktop,



ensure all solutions are run on time as per agreed schedule and reported.

This is a good opportunity for people who would like to learn multiple finance process activities and develop network across processes.

Working with process teams across geographies in virtual setting.

Understand the technology operated from digital operations.

What is the Role?

As Digital Operations Analyst you will be responsible for running and monitoring bots in test and production environment.

More specifically, your role will include:

Running production bots on time and reporting the result

Support UAT of RPA scripts

Manage exceptions during the run

Monitor and report PAD automations

Provide input to KPIs

Support key Senior Specialists in key activities

What We Need from You?

1 – 2 years of experience in BPO Operations with,

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Technology

Good communication

Basic understanding of IT applicatio
