JOB Description : Treasury Manager

Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage daily treasury activities and banking operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Coordinate with banking partners regarding transactions, banking facilities, and account management.
- Monitor international transactions and specified domestic transactions.
- Coordinate fund transfers and optimize cash utilization
- Coordinate with Corporate Treasury and compliance with company policies

Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivables (AR)
- Process supplier invoices.
- Verify invoices against Purchase Orders and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor vendor balances and resolve payment-related issue
- Manage intercompany receivables and settlements.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
- Reconcile customer and intercompany accounts regularly.
- Support invoicing and collection activities.




- Coordinate with Corporate AP & AR and compliance with company policies

Travel Management
- Administer employee travel requests and expense claims.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
- Coordinate travel-related payments and reconciliations.
- Monitor travel expenses and prepare related reports

Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA, M.com in Finance or related field preferred.

Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting operations
- Experience within aerospace, defence, advanced manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or multinational organizations preferred.
- Working knowledge in SAP: suppliers and customers management mainly.
