E.g. SQL Jobs, SQL queries, Blocking, Always OnBasic Knowledge of Azure and servers hosted on Azure along with AD and Domain Controller.Experience with ITSM tools such as Service desk/ServiceNow.Basic knowledge of ITIL framework (V3.0 foundation certificate would be added advantage)International support experience (preferably US or Europe i.e. good command of verbal and written English)Knowledge/Experience on office applications, Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Access.Academic and Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ITAny relevant IT certification would be a plusExcellent verbal/oral communication skillsSelf-motivated
