ensures exceptional guest experiences by welcoming visitors, handling inquiries and complaints, anticipating needs, promoting services, and building rapport to boost satisfaction and loyalty, acting as a key liaison between guests and the establishment. Core duties involve personalized attention, managing VIPs, solving problems, coordinating with otherdepartments, and maintaining a positive, qualified image.

Key Responsibilities:

 Providing full assistance to the Management, wherever and whenever required.

 Should be comfortable to travel out of Dehradun for work as assigned by the Management.

 Should be comfortable for working beyond office hours if need be during any event/ extended meetings.

 Guest Welcome & Assistance: Greeting guests,



assisting them and ensuring smooth experience of meeting with the Management.

 VIP Handling: Handling VIPs visit to the office, attending to their specific needs, and ensuring their visit to office and meeting the Management is seamless.

 Problem Resolution: Addressing complaints, resolving issues swiftly, and

escalating complex cases to management when necessary.

 Coordination: Liaising with other departments.
