nDepending upon the level of competency and prior experience, incumbent shall be assisting in some of the following areas:

- n
- Shall assist Accounts department in operational activities for Singapore, Malaysia, India and USA entities;n
- Own the books: record transactions accurately and keep our financial data clean and current;n
- Drive timely bank reconciliations and play a hands-on role in month-end and year-end closing.n
- Process supplier invoices with precision and pace:



accuracy matters, and so does speed.n
- Stay on top of customer payments and proactively chase outstanding receivables — cash flow is king.n
- Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules with the rigour as per audit requirements.n
- Be the custodian of our financial records: meticulous, organised, and always audit-ready.n
- Manage the records of Scope of Work for the services being offered to overseas (Singapore, Malaysia) clients and invoicing accordingly;n
- Shall manage invoicing process from preparation to submission to filing it for records;n
- Shall manage in meeting the stipulated dead-lines for various transactions like payroll,n
- local payroll and tax returns etc.n
- Responsible for miscellaneous transactions like payroll, expense claims management, time-sheet management, health/corporate insurance premiums, office supplies, fixed-asset management etc.n
