- Line manage COE staff responsible for Salesforce data validation and contract executionn
- Build a high-performance, process-driven team culturen
- Ensure consistent execution standards across business linesn
- Plan team capacity aligned with business growthn
- Support onboarding and development of team membersn

n2. Contract Execution & Governance (Owner)

- n
- Own end-to-end contract execution for audits and consulting engagementsn
- Ensure contracts are compliant, accurate, and aligned with scope and pricingn
- Oversee contract review, approvals, and escalation handlingn
- Maintain consistent global contracting standardsn

n3. Salesforce Data Validation & Enforcement (Owner)

- Ensure data quality and order-readiness in Salesforcen
- Validate scope, pricing, service type, and contractual alignmentn
- Enforce completeness and reject non-compliant submissionsn
- Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truthn
