nRole Overview




nThe primary purpose of this role is to generate qualified leads and book product demos / appointments with prospective clients (primarily HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and hiring managers). This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience in SaaS/B2B sales. Freshers with 0 years of full time experience must have prior internship experience in lead generation or cold calling to be considered.

nKey Responsibilities

- Prospect and identify potential clients (HR heads, TA leaders)n
- Generate leads via cold calling, cold emailing & LinkedIn outreachn
- Qualify leads and schedule demos/appointments for the sales teamn
- Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently with prospectsn
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and demos bookedn
- Share market feedback to help refine pitch and messagingn
