Description:
Support project teams in delivering Enterprise Risk Management and operational risk management assignments for clients in the Pacific region.
Assist in research, data gathering, documentation, and analysis related to ERM, operational resilience, and broader risk consulting engagements.
Develop a working understanding of risk concepts such as risk identification, risk assessment, risk measurement, and risk reporting.
Support the drafting of assessment reports, observations, findings, associated risks, and recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in preparing risk registers, risk statements, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thresholds, tolerances, and basic dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including presentations, status trackers, meeting notes, and working papers.
Support assignments involving business processes, controls, risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), and related reviews.




Assist in reviewing and organizing information related to operational resilience, third-party risk, business continuity, and technology or vendor dependencies, where relevant.
Help prepare business documents such as summaries, standard operating procedures, gap assessments, process notes, and other supporting materials.
Carry out research on regulatory, industry, and market developments relevant to Pacific region client assignments.
Support the team in managing project timelines, follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Undertake additional analytical, consulting, and operational tasks as reasonably expected from time to time.
