The Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, increasing distribution reach, improving product visibility, and ensuring commercial viability across the assigned territory. This role partners with channel partners, retailers, and sales teams to deliver sustainable business growth, execute market strategies, and achieve sales objectives. What will you do?

Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive market execution, merchandising, and range selling initiatives.
Manage sales beats and improve throughput per beat and per sales representative.
Coach and support TSIs to improve field execution and performance.
Expand distribution by identifying recent channel partners and growth opportunities.
