nDirect Tax – Income Tax
n1. Income Tax Assessments & Proceedings
n
- n
- Handling Income Tax assessment proceedings from initiation to conclusion.n
- Handling e-Proceedings, Rectification Proceedings, and other proceedings before the Income Tax Department.n
- Drafting and filing replies to Income Tax notices, questionnaires, and communications.n
- Assisting in preparation of submissions, explanations, and supporting documentation for assessments and other tax proceedings.n
- Tracking assessment and other proceeding-related deadlines and ensuring timely compliance.n

n2. Income Tax Computation & E-Filing

- n
- Preparing tax computations and Statements of Total Income for individuals, firms, companies, trusts, and other categories of assessees.n
- Preparation and e-filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for various categories of assessees.n
- Handling the Income Tax e-filing portal, including e-Rectification and other online proceedings.n




- Preparation and e-filing of various statutory forms and applications under the Income Tax Act, other than ITRs.n
- Assisting in tax planning, review of tax positions, and identification of potential tax exposures.n

n3. TDS / TRACES
n
- n
- Handling the TRACES / TDS-CPC portal and TDS-related e-Proceedings.n
- Identifying and resolving TDS defaults and demands generated by TRACES/TDS-CPC.n
- Calculation of TDS liabilities and timely payment/remittance of TDS.n
- Preparation and filing of original and correction TDS returns.n
- Reconciliation of TDS records with books of accounts and Form 26AS/AIS/TIS, wherever applicable.n

nIndirect Tax – GST
n1. GST Compliance
n
- n
- Preparation, reconciliation, and e-filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and other applicable GST returns/forms.n
- Calculation of GST liabilities and ensuring timely payment/remittance.n
- Handling GST registrations, amendments, and related applications.n
