The EMR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards. The role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering performance against defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Operations Management




Manage daily EMR operations and ensure delivery of agreed operational KPIs and SLAs.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality to achieve operational targets.
Handle Disputes and collections for EMR invoices.
Handle and resolve vendor and Local EMR queries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational activities related to container maintenance and repair processes.
Support business continuity through effective workload management and resource planning.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, depots, and LOC stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive process alignment and operational excellence.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
