As the Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying process
improvement opportunities and implementing data-based strategies. Your expertise
will be instrumental in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and
analytics using Tableau and Power BI to track key business KPIs and performance
metrics. This role requires solid coordination with cross-functional teams to
support transformation projects, process optimization, and the adoption of best
practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and drive business excellence and transformation initiatives,
identifying process improvement opportunities.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Tableau and
Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support transformation projects and
process optimization.
* Implement and promote continuous improvement practices across the
organization.
* Ensure the effective adoption of best practices and industry standards within
the department.




* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them
into actionable analytics.
* Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance
transformation efforts.
* Mentor and guide team members on data analysis and transformation
methodologies.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related
field.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar transformation or business analytics
role.
* Proven track record in driving process improvement and transformation
initiatives.
* Expertise in using Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional
teamwork.
