Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with 18+ years of deep technical and architectural experience in DevOps and DevSecOps practices. This distinguished engineer will drive engineering excellence, product adoption, and innovation across a large-scale financial organization. The role demands hands-on expertise,



strategic leadership, and the ability to influence global technology teams while ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership: Lead the design, development, and adoption of enterprise-grade DevOps/DevSecOps solutions across global financial platforms.
Architecture & Innovation: Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks leveraging GitHub, Azure DevOps, Sonatype, and Broadcom CA Release Automation.
Product Ownership: Act as global service owner for DevOps/DevSecOps platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
Hands-on Execution: Provide technical direction and hands-on engineering in pipeline automation, release orchestration, and secure software delivery.
Governance & Compliance: Embed security and compliance controls into DevOps workflows, aligning with financial industry standards and regulatory framew
