• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lighting,
and fire protection systems.
• Maintain high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) such as
forklifts, dock levelers, pallet trucks
• Attend and resolve equipment and facility breakdowns within defined TAT.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive
actions.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
• Maintain asset register and AMC documentation.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of parts and services.
• Supervise external maintenance vendors and contractors.
• Ensure SLA adherence and quality of service.
• Validate vendor invoices and service reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and facility systems.
• Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory)
• Monitor R&M; expenses against budget.
• Submit monthly maintenance and downtime reports.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
