As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact
for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Your role
is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a
seamless experience. You will work closely with our collections team to resolve
any issues and provide timely updates to customers. Your excellent communication
and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a prompt and
qualified response to inquiries.
* Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions, maintaining a
high level of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the collections team to resolve customer issues related to
payments and collections.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy
and security.
* Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts and any
relevant information.
* Identify and escalate potential customer service issues to the appropriate




teams for resolution.
* Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to
improve services.
* Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
* Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to enhance the
overall customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a
related field is preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a
collections or customer service environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound
decisions and provide creative solutions.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and
Microsoft Office suite.
