1. Role Overview
Sikka Group is looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager – Estate to take complete responsibility for the estate management and post-possession operations of all Sikka Group projects.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and cost-effective functioning of all project estates, including maintenance, common areas, utilities, facilities, security, housekeeping, landscaping, infrastructure, vendor management, resident services and statutory compliance.
The GM – Estate will act as the central authority for estate operations across all Sikka projects and will be responsible for establishing uniform standards, monitoring performance, controlling costs and ensuring a high level of customer and resident satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Overall Estate Management




Take overall responsibility for the estate management of all Sikka Group projects.
Establish standardized estate management systems, policies, processes and SOPs across projects.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all project estates.
Conduct regular inspections and reviews of project sites.
Monitor the condition, functionality and upkeep of all common areas and facilities.
Ensure timely identification and resolution of estate-related issues.
Develop an effective reporting and escalation mechanism for all projects.
B. Project Operations & Maintenance
Oversee operation and maintenance of all common facilities and infrastructure.
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of:
Electrical systems
DG sets and power infrastructure
Lifts
STP/WTP systems
Fire-fighting systems
Pumps and water systems
HVAC systems, wherever applicable
Roads, pathways and parking areas
Clubhouses and recreational
