We are looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our team as a Central Sales Manager.

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the central sales team, generating revenue, and onboarding new apartment complexes and societies into NoBrokerHood by building a strong sales pipeline, engaging prospective clients and senior stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring achievement of business targets.

Responsibilities:
5-8 years of proven sales experience, including 2+ years in a team-handling or sales-management role, with a robust track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Lead generation and pipeline management through prospecting, referrals, open-market activities, online research, and digital resources.
Drive Business Development (B2C/B2B) for software application products/solutions, with a strong focus on revenue growth.
Manage, mentor, motivate, and coach the central sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Set sales targets,



track individual and team performance, review funnel metrics, and implement action plans to improve conversions.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients, deliver effective product demonstrations, and communicate key product features, benefits, and business value.
Experience selling Hardware / IoT devices is a plus.
Build and maintain relationships with apartment committee members, accounting service partners, builders, and other senior stakeholders to understand business scope and expectations.
Prospect, educate, qualify, negotiate, and generate interest for sales opportunities and lead conversions.
Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations to senior-level authorities and decision-makers.
Drive onboarding of new apartments and societies onto the NoBrokerHood platform and ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
