Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven automation use cases.
Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and their application in enterprise business processes.
Ability to identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across clouds (Sales, Experience, Platform, Data Cloud, Agentforce) that meet business, scalability, and performance requirements.
Define and govern integration Strategy
Ensure solutions respect Salesforce governor limits, optimize performance,



and scale for high‑volume data, users, and transactions.
Architect intelligent automation using Flows, Apex, Einstein, Agentforce agents, and generative AI while ensuring trust, observability, and cost controls.
Define architectural principles, reference architectures, design patterns, code standards, and conduct design reviews and solution governance.
Partner with business leaders, product owners, security, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical architecture.
Guide developers and admins, unblock teams, review designs/code, and ensure on‑time delivery with high quality and minimal technical debt.
