Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role in the garment industry, based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will visit existing and potential customers, present garment collections, explain product features, and negotiate prices and order terms. The role includes following up on leads, preparing sales quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. The Salesperson will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback,



and share insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records, meeting sales targets, and representing LOFA India in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to build and maintain customer relationships in the garment or related industries.
Knowledge of garment products, fabrics, sizing, and basic merchandising concepts, with an interest in fashion and apparel trends.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and skilled customer service.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads, orders, and sales performance, and to prepare simple reports.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel locally to customer locations, and manage time independently to meet sales targets.
