As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide
Solutions, representing the company's values and commitment to customer
satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong
relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their
inquiries are promptly addressed. You will be a key player in our back-office
operations, working closely with various teams to deliver exceptional customer
service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level
of satisfaction.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering effective solutions and
maintaining a positive attitude.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and
services to provide accurate information.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience,
including sales, marketing, and technical support.
* Conduct regular customer outreach and engagement activities to foster
long-term relationships.




* Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a
qualified and ethical approach.
* Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our
customer offering.
* Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI
industry, is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
adapt to different customer needs.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric
approach.
