As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company,
representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to
establish and nurture robust relationships with our customers, ensuring their
needs are met and their experience with our products and services is
exceptional. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling
inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a
bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the
BFSI industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
interact professionally with customers.
