You will work on a web application that will serve patients’ needs, allow them easier and faster access to necessary healthcare treatments, and speed up the process of approving healthcare insurance. Besides technical challenges laid in front of you, you will also work on a project with a significant social impact.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of technology products for a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, working closely with business partners, Salesforce teams, and internal development groups to translate business needs into actionable deliverables. This role requires robust healthcare domain expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Athenahealth platforms.





Your day-to-day activities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational workflows, and product requirements.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Translate complex business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Act as a key liaison across business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and internal product and development teams to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Collaborate with Salesforce and Athenahealth teams to understand existing workflows, integrations, data requirements, and system dependencies.
Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, proactively driving discussions toward resolution.
Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, Software Engineers, and QA teams throughout the pr
