Helpdesk Execution Senior Analyst is expected to act as technical SME for SAP/Coupa and Salesforce by trouble shooting and provide problem resolutions for purchasing activity. The role supports delivery of BP business and functional strategies by driving efficiency and effectiveness across end-to-end FBT Procurement and Group Source to Pay (S2P)



process ownership. The role guides in management of the S2P Global Process Design Standards.
Lead end-to-end procurement queries through the Coupa platform.
Support requisition creation, PO lifecycle management, invoice processing, and approval workflows.
Resolve sophisticated procurement and supplier-related issues within agreed SLAs.
Provide end-to-end support for Coupa Procurement and P2P processes.
Handle requisition, PO, invoice, approval workflow, and supplier-related queries.
Support supplier onboarding and supplier enablement activities within Coupa.
Troubleshoot Coupa system-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.
Act as a critical issue point for challenging operational cases.
Handle all incoming calls/emails/tickets
Resolve issues and raise to the relevant channel if/when required; however, providing first level resolution is of utmost importance
