Job Purpose
To drive business development through lead generation, corporate outreach, relationship building, institutional engagement, and follow-ups, contributing to the school's admissions growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals, digital research, field visits, and events.
Identify and approach corporates, HR teams, institutions, organizations, residential communities, and potential partners.
Support corporate tie-ups,



employee/parent referral opportunities, institutional collaborations, and community partnerships.
Conduct meetings, presentations, outreach activities, and follow-ups with prospective stakeholders.
Communicate the school's programs, academic offerings, facilities, and value proposition to prospective stakeholders.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients, corporate representatives, institutions, and community stakeholders.
Generate and nurture qualified admission leads, referrals, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with the B2B Business Development Manager, Admissions, and Marketing teams for lead conversion and partnership activities.
Participate in corporate meetings, networking events, education fairs, exhibitions, and school outreach activities.
Conduct regular field visits and external meetings for prospecting, outreach, networking, and lead generation.
