We combine expert-led live instruction with a complete learning ecosystem - app access, recordings, AI-powered summaries, and structured exam preparation - to deliver real, measurable outcomes. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can own the full client journey, from the first conversation through enrollment and ongoing relationship management.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have experience across the full sales cycle - from building new relationships to closing deals and nurturing long-term client trust. You should be confident, consultative, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end,



with solid negotiation and communication skills that convert interest into enrollment. As we serve international clients, including clients in Canada, the role requires comfort with night shifts to align with international time zones.
Build relationships with prospective clients, including students, professionals, and Canada-bound applicants exploring French language courses

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
1-3+ years of experience in sales, counselling, or a client-facing consultative role.
Candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, including closing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
CRM experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Must be comfortable working night shifts to support international clients, including Canada-based clients.
