Facility Executive - Technical Services
Position Overview
The Facility Executive - Technical Services is responsible for managing and overseeing all technical facility management operations to ensure optimal performance of building systems, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety standards. This role focuses on maintaining critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other mechanical systems to deliver uninterrupted facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Maintenance Oversee day-to-day technical operations including HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection systems, building automation systems (BMS), elevators, generators, and other mechanical/electrical equipment. Ensure all technical systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building equipment and systems. Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and business disruption. Monitor energy consumption patterns and implement energy conservation measures to optimize utility costs.
System Performance & Reliability Conduct regular inspections and assessments of technical infrastructure to identify potential issues before they escalate. Monitor building management systems and analyze performance data to optimize equipment efficiency. Maintain comprehensive records of
