As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will focus on maintaining and strengthening day‑to‑day relationships with assigned customers by ensuring consistent, reliable, and responsive engagement across the service lifecycle. Your role will support customer satisfaction by coordinating requests, tracking commitments, and helping customers navigate processes and teams within Kyndryl. Success in this role is demonstrated through accurate follow‑through, clear documentation, and positive customer feedback.
