About the Role
Saburi Plywood is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth in the Jhansi market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Building Materials industry, with Plywood industry experience preferred.
The candidate will be responsible for developing the market, managing dealers and distributors, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the dealer/distributor network across the assigned territory.
Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify new dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, contractors and other business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and ensure business retention.
Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned market.
Generate leads and convert current business opportunities.
Coordinate with distributors,



dealers and internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, products and market activities.
Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments from channel partners.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback and sales forecasts.
Achieve territory-wise sales, distribution and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–6 years in sales, preferably in the Building Materials industry.
Plywood industry experience will be strongly preferred.
Candidates without Building Materials industry experience may not be considered.
Strong knowledge of the Jhansi and surrounding markets will be an advantage.
Experience in dealer/distributor/channel sales is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong market development and business-development capabilities.
