Catalysts is a digital marketing agency — 5+ years, 70+ team, ₹500 Cr+ in managed media spend. We work across SEO, Paid, Branding, and Strategic Consulting for 50+ clients spanning B2B, B2C, and D2C. Video and creative output are central to how we deliver — and we're building a team that owns the full content lifecycle, from shoot to final asset.
THE ROLE
We need someone who can shoot, edit, and design — all three as genuine competencies, not one solid and two passable. On any given week you might be behind the camera for a podcast or founder interview, cutting a Reel in post, and building social creatives for a campaign. The brief decides what the day looks like.

Portfolio is mandatory. Show us work across all three areas — footage you shot, edits you produced, and design you created. Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Videography & Shooting
– Set up and shoot studio and on-location formats: podcasts, founder interviews, product showcases, and testimonial videos
– Handle camera, basic lighting (LED panels, reflectors), and audio (LAV mic, shotgun mic) for small crew or solo shoots
– Frame and compose shots with intent — not just pointing and recording — and capture sufficient B-roll to support the edit
– Direct talent on camera to get natural, usable performances in a time-efficient shoot
Video Editing & Post-Production
– Edit short-form social content — Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips — with clean cuts, pacing, captions, and platform-correct formatting
– Take a project from raw footage to final delivery: selects, colour grade, audio mix, music sync, and export
– Cut long-form recordings (podcasts, interviews) into punchy short-form clips that retain the
