Role Overview
We are looking for a digital-first integrated advertising professional to lead client relationships, drive brand strategy and lead the agency’s digital business and team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong digital expertise, substantial mainline advertising experience and a sound understanding of brand building. The role requires someone who can move seamlessly between brand strategy, integrated communication and digital execution, and is equally comfortable discussing business and marketing challenges with senior clients as leading multidisciplinary teams.

This is not a specialist digital marketing role. We are looking for a strategic, client-facing agency leader who understands digital deeply but can also lead integrated communication across mainline and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities




Lead key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to senior marketing and business stakeholders.
Develop brand strategies, communication strategies and go-to-market strategies based on business and consumer understanding.
Lead the integration of mainline and digital communication to build cohesive, effective brand solutions.
Lead, mentor and develop the digital team across Social Media, E-commerce, Performance Marketing and SEO.
Drive greater efficiency, collaboration, accountability and strategic thinking within the digital team.
Work closely with creative, strategy, servicing, media and digital teams to deliver integrated brand solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, deepen relationships and generate recent business.
Bring a strong commercial and business orientation to client management and agency growth.
Mentor the servicing and digital teams and raise the overall qual
