Role Description The Store Manager role at Tailoraedge is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory management. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the store team to deliver excellent customer service,



ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, implement retail loss prevention measures, and use data to drive store profitability. The role also involves handling customer concerns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting marketing or promotional activities within the store.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Effective Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Proven Store Management experience in retail or apparel, including staff supervision and day-to-day operations.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and maintain compliance with store policies.
